One builder, one method, ten applications
David
Builder, based in Germany. He works alone on this, with AI coding assistants, and he decides everything that has an effect.
What he is building is a personal operating system for a whole life: money, communication, health, knowledge, news, media, administration and a trading fleet among them. Ten applications in all, nine of them around one headless core: they run on his own machine, keep their own data, and answer to one written contract. It started as a system for one person. The architecture is what makes it a product family.
How it gets built is the part worth reading: laws before code, contracts before features, research before decisions, and a human gate on everything irreversible. That method lives in the repository, in the open, and it is the reason a system this size exists at all.
