Turn the cube, pick a side, drop the piece. Match the side's colour to score more.
The cube's four sides are four falling-block boards. Between two pieces you have a few seconds to turn the cube and pick the side the next piece falls on. Drag, swipe or use the arrows. Tap, click or press Enter to lock the side. If the ring runs out, the side you are looking at is taken.
The chosen side flattens into a 2D board. Move, rotate, soft drop, hard drop. The lock delay forgives a late nudge, but only a few times.
The vertical edges belong to two sides at once. The last column of one board is the first column of the next. A row cleared here takes the edge cell of the neighbour with it. That is where the 3D thinking lives.
the gold column sits on the shared edge: it belongs to both boards
Every side has a colour. A piece in the colour of its side scores extra. A whole row in the side's colour is a pure row and scores most. Higher levels charge you for the wrong colour, push pressure rows up from below (grey, one hole), hide the queue and spin the cube after every piece.
Every ten pieces earn a joker, fewer on the fast levels (each level card says how often). In the orbit press J or tap the joker field: the ring stops and you pick the shape of the coming piece, in its colour; a joker you do not use stays with you.
DizzCube was built together with an artificial intelligence: one file, no server, no account, no tracking. Scores last only while this page is open. Copy them to keep them.
Mental rotation and orientation (which side is which after the cube turns), planning under a timer (where does this piece help most), working memory (what the hidden sides look like), inhibition (the obvious side is often the wrong one) and rule switching between the orbit and the drop. The play index at the end of a game is a playful self-measure built from your own decisions in that one game. It is not a test and not a clinical score.
Idea, rules and release: David · built together with an artificial intelligence · Build Day 2026. Version 2, October 2026: start menu, five levels, score list, daily cube, play profile, sound. Version 2.6: six levels from Journeyman to Lightning, and jokers. Using a joker is your own choice; in the daily cube the order of the pieces stays the same for everyone. Version 3.0-web, October 2026: the four-sided cube for the web, with colour symbols; nothing is stored, nothing is loaded.
The ring and gravity are stopped. The cube keeps its secret.
There was no room left on the side you chose.
